Job description:
This role will be carrying out building maintenance works construction projects in London and surrounding areas, previous experience in this line of work will be an advantage. Works can vary between small maintenance jobs and larger refurbs including kitchen and bathroom fitting. Previous experience in the following trades is important.
-Painting & Decorating
-Kitchen installations
-Carpentry
-Brick and block work
-Concrete Floor laying (preferable)

Join our team as an Office Manager where you will oversee the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising office staff, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties:
Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the office team
Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Utilize QuickBooks for financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Supervise office staff, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
Handle general administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the office
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or a related role
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills to liaise with team members and external contacts
Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus
